The Gauntlet Poetry Reading is at Wild Fig Books & Coffee on November 3 at 6 pm.

“The Gauntlet is an intense, generative workshop in either fiction or poetry, hosted by Workhorse Writers Collective. Participants work collaboratively with 9 other writers in their chosen genre for a full calendar year to draft a substantial amount of new work and read one contemporary book in their chosen genre and one essay on craft. The workshop helps build a habit of reading and writing by surrounding ourselves with hardworking, goal-oriented, talented writers.”
