The annual Kentucky Women Writers Conference will be taking place September 12-13. Launched by UK in 1979, the Kentucky Women Writers Conference is the longest actively running women’s literary festival in the nation. On Friday, September 12, the Carnegie Center will be hosting a number of readings, discussions, and workshops, starting at 8 am.  Daytime sessions require a general admission or student pass to attend.
