Discovery Night: Exploring the Arctic and Antarctic, Living Arts & Science Center

Venture to the north and south poles and discover the animals that find their home nearby as we explore the amazing wildlife of the Arctic and Antarctica. Take a visual journey with guest wildlife photographer and explorer, Tom Myers, as we find polar bears, penguins, and more. Find out if you have what it takes to explore a freezing climate and learn about animal survival adaptations.

In the Planetarium: ICE WORLDS
Ice Worlds is a thrilling tour through space and time showcasing some of the most beautiful and chilly regions of the Solar System, including our home planet Earth. Audiences will explore the critical relationships between ice and life – “a tale of friend and foe, enabling, challenging, supporting, and adapting” – that has developed over millions of years.
