The first annual Berry/Asparagus plant sale hosted by Woodford County Cooperative Extension Service and Woodford County Conservation District is on Saturday, March 21 at 9 am.

Berry plants for sale will include strawberries, blackberries and raspberries and asparagus. Information on planting, growing and maintenance will be available as well.

Prices will be as follows:
$0.50 per 1 year crown asparagus plant – Variety = Jersey Knight
$2 per plant for raspberries – Variety = Prelude
$3.00 per plant for blackberries – Variety = Caddo & Triple Crowne
$0.25 per plant for strawberries – Variety = Flavorfest
*Limit of 10 plants per variety per person
