What Happens if it Rains? Lexington’s July 4, 2013

Lexington’s July 4 Festival is a Rain or Shine event, with individual event schedules determined on a case by case basis.

The parade was held as planned at 2 pm  with light rain during some parts and torrential downpours at others.

Fireworks are planned to proceed as scheduled, unless called for safety.
