This film depicts what life is like for an elderly member of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) community and the struggles they face which force many to go “back in the closet” from fear of discrimination. The documentary was produced and directed by filmmaker Stu Maddux.

Funded by an EcoArts Grant from LexArts and the Lexington-Fayette Urban
County Government’s Department of Environmental Quality and public works, Lexington artist Christine Kuhn took her neighbor’s recyclables and turned them into sculptures which will be displayed during the Art Walk/Junk Swap. Participants will walk about viewing the sculpture, swapping junk that is left by neighbors. The walk begins at 138 Old Georgetown Street and ends at Wine + Market, corner of 2nd St. and Jefferson St. Lexington, KY.
