All “people of magic” have lost their powers, and Samantha Stephens has called a special Witches’ Council. Aunt Clara still has a few spells left, and she summons a detective to help. Unfortunately, the detective she summons is the bumbling Inspector Clouseau, of Pink Panther fame.
