They promise: an “ol’ fashioned 1970s rock show complete with faded denim, suede fringe, guitar & drum solos, and a charismatic frontman!”

Gigs: Night Beds, Cosmic Charlie’s
Night Beds is performing in Lexington May 26 2013 at Cosmic Charlie’s with Jenny O opening.
Their debut album Country Sleep was recorded in an old Nashville log cabin lead singer Winston Yellen was living in in (formerly Johnny Cash’s guest house). Since the February record release, Night Beds have performed on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, NPR’s World Cafe and Tiny Desk Concerts.

Folk-based Nashville band Harpeth Rising is touring in support of their third album (debuted in the Top Ten on the International Folk Charts), and will be playing in Lexington at Natasha’s Bistro on May 28th at 8:00pm. They are a classically trained group of musicians with influences in folk, bluegrass, and Celtic music. Instrumentation is violin, banjo, cello, and percussion.
Voted ‘Best Local Band in Nashville’ by readers of The Tennessean.
