WRFL Tower Sculpture Dedication, UK Student Center Lawn

The sculpture made from WRFL’s first antenna, “Thunder Waves of Universal Sound,” by Prof. Garry Bibbs will be dedicated from 2:15 to 2:50 p.m. with speakers including the artist himself, Kakie Urch, a WRFL founder, Dr. Mark Beaty (a WRFL founder and first president), Brian Connors-Manke and WRFL GM Margot Wielgus.

At 3 pm, the “Know Your Own” local music festival will commence, with Warren Byrom and the Fabled Canelands up first.
