The 10th annual Shamrock Shuffle 3K starts off on the intersection of Vine Street and Mill Street at 8 am on March 12. The Lexington St. Patrick's Day Festival starts afterward at 11 am. The Shamrock Shuffle is locally organized and all proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity.

6:30-7:30am – On-site registration at the Lexington Center
8am – Race start on the corner of Mill Street and Vine Street
8am-9:30am – Finish Line Party at the Fifth Third Bank Pavilion at Cheapside Park
8:45am (approx.) – Costume contest and awards presentation at the Fifth Third Bank Pavilion at Cheapside Park
11am-7pm – Lexington St. Patrick’s Day Festival
1pm – 36th Annual Alltech Lexington St. Patrick’s Day Parade
The course starts at the intersection of Vine Street and Mill Street and follows a flat course out Vine Street to Midland Avenue. The course turns around at the 1 mile mark on Midland Avenue and continues back into downtown via Main Street. The finish line is at the intersection of Main Street and Upper Street. The course will be closed to traffic.
Overall and age group awards will be custom, hand-made potteryKentucky Mudworks. Overall Awards, based on order crossing the finish (gun time), and age group and team awards, based on chip time, will be presented after the race under the Fifth Third Bank Pavilion at Cheapside Park. Awards will be given out to the top three males and females in each of the following divisions: overall, ages 4-7, 8-11, 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+. Awards will also be given out to the top three male teams, female teams, and co-ed teams"
