"While navigating life with his hyper-protective mother along the enigmatic Outer Banks of North Carolina's coast, a conflicted teen must reassemble his broken pieces after a near tragic accident. A searchlight cast upon the earliest traces of America and the mystery of settlers vanished, LOST COLONY scans a once virgin watershed for signs of life. Written and Directed by Christopher Holmes."
Filmslang is sponsored by the Lexington Public Library and Lexington Film League. All films will be shown in the Farish Theater of the Central Library at 140 E. Main Street. Filmslang Film will feature four regional premieres, a 20th anniversary screening of a local film followed by a Q&A with director Robby Henson, and a slate of local short films.
