Empty Bowls: Lexington Catholic

Thursday, November 15th, 2012 LCHS and the Parent Action Corps will host their annual “Empty Bowls” project at Lexington Catholic High School at 5 pm.

The event is a collaborative effort between LCHS, its partner schools, Lexington Christian Academy, and Sayre School. In exchange for a $10 donation, guests will receive a handcrafted ceramic bowl and a simple meal of soup, bread, and dessert prepared and served by LCHS Culinary and Service Club students, and representatives from the Parent Action Corps. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Catholic Action Center and God’s Pantry.
