Space: Dancing from the Inside-Out -2-4pm
Focus: Technique and Expression – can be geared toward solo, pairs or group work. Move as a family, a nomadic tribe, or an entire people. Interweave flight, crave and hustle in an astonishing fluidity of action. This workshop focuses on: traveling movement, floor work and working the space inside as well as outside your body ~ Dancing from the inside-out. We will dig deeper into mechanics, form, and musicality with traveling steps, spins, and exercises that will make you surrender to music and the moment from the inside-out. Play with gravity and extend beyond your own body more mindfully and soulfully through space.”
