The Carnegie Center presents the class Bookmaking: Simple Non-Adhesive Book Structures from 10 am – 1 pm and from 2 – 5 pm on April 11, 2015.

“We will learn simple bookbinding techniques including a simple single signature pamphlet stitch, a two signature pamphlet stitch, and a nonadhesive link stitch. Each participant will make 3-4 softcover books and learn basic techniques to make books using simple tools, in their own home. This class will take place at Alex Brooks’ studio, 808 North Limestone. Please register no later than the Wednesday before class; no registrations will be allowed at the door.”
