Every Wednesday this summer from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, the YMCA of Central Kentucky invites you to join the ultimate outdoor challenge by participating in a free boot camp session at Triangle Park. Your trainer will take you through an intense workout of athletic drills, including; cardio, push-ups, lunges and many other of the best exercise techniques to help you reach the next level of optimal performance. Don’t for-get to bring a water bottle and a towel. Note: classes will not take place if it is raining. 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm. Triangle Park.
