Land of Tomorrow presents F UTILITY: Fringe Objects Outside Form and Function, featuring the work of Robert Beatty, Gian Calaci, June14 Meyer-Grohbrügge & Chermayeff, Joseph Kucinski, Ellen Molle, Jonathan Muecke, Aili Schmeltz, and Ainsley Wagoner. F utility will open with a reception on Friday, November 9th from 6 to 10pm.
The evening will feature a special performance of “Furniture Music” prepared by Eric Lanham and Rob Theakston.
Curated by Lexington, KY musician and designer Joseph Clark, F UTILITY is a multidisciplinary group exhibition highlighting the work of artists, designers, and architects, all working with qualities and expression found beyond typical consideration of form, function, structure, decoration, or use.
