Sugar and salt cured salmon with navel orange reduction with wilted spinanch and fresh mango. Paired with fresh muddled limes and oranges served on the rocks with Guava rum and topped with soda.
Palate Cleanser before Third Course

Chocolate Peanute Buttter Pie with ganache and salt rox roasted peanut brittle Paired with chocolate covered pretzel shot. A Toast to a MARVELOUS SaltRox Evening for Foodies!!
