[Photo by Ace. That's why it's blurry.] Disgruntled Twitter couple Keegan Frank and Cara Frank were mollified when they won the Twitter Drawing for two all access passes to ideaFestival in Louisville (including Anthony Bourdain tix). Council Member Doug Martin appears dubious as Ace Weekly explains that there WILL be a best Twitter from a Local Elected Official in the 2009 Ballot. (He just has to convince more Council Members to join him on Twitter.) Transparency! [photo by Jordan Strickler]

Kim Thomas celebrated a contender nod for KimmyVille and Diane Lawless celebrated her victory as Readers voted her "best local politician." [photo by Jordan Strickler]

Summy Montgomery collected her Prize for this year's win in the Ace Annual Best "Worst Summer Job Essay Competition."
