When is Last Call when the time changes?
Spring Forward 2013: Daylight Savings Time begins Sunday, March 10, 2013 at 2 am.

“The Lexington Division of Police is reminding everyone that as we ‘spring forward’ alcohol sales will be affected.
Lexington, Kentucky RCO 3-21 states that the selling, giving away, or delivering of distilled spirits, wine and malt beverages shall not be permitted after 2:30 am. Daylight Savings Time begins Sunday, March 10, 2013 at 2:00 am which will effectively make the official time 3:00 am. Therefore, all selling, giving away or delivery of distilled spirits, wine and malt beverages shall cease at that time. The thirty (30) minute grace period for consumption of previously purchased alcoholic beverages will still be permitted.”
