UK Art Department's Open Studio is the other must for Lexington art lovers tonight, when the department throws open its doors and lets the art loving public view (and buy) student and faculty work. SATURDAY DECEMBER 1, 2012 Don't even think about planning a Saturday in Lexington without the answer to this: what time is the UK game?! More Art this evening at Land of Tomorrow gallery in Lexington's emerging east end (is the East End the new Loudon? Or is Loudon still the new Jefferson?) Mad about Lexington's brew scene? Try the Chevy Chase Pub Chase this evening. Lexington's Hop Hop Records will host a release party for Nick Diamonds' new release on Saturday. Read Kakie Urch's full story here. Lexington's historic homes are a beautiful destination to take out-of-town guests, but they are part of what makes the bluegrass landscape special for the natives too.
