In an appearance before LFUCG, developer Dudley Webb challenged Vice Mayor Jim Gray’s assertions that the developers had not been forthcoming with the city, the LFUCG, or the Courthouse Area Design Review Board.

Webb snapped that even the Vice Mayor couldn’t have had a crystal ball predicting the current economic meltdown.

Gray responded he could read a newspaper.

The story broke in real time via Twitter, and was old by the time it led at least one 6 o’clock newscast.

Twitter hashtags are #cplex, #lfucg, #theDud, and #hoodwinked.
